Return and Exchange Policy: 1- The original invoice must be present when returning, exchanging, or claiming warranty. 2- Return and exchange must be within 24 hours of receipt, one time only, and the item must be in good condition with no signs of use. The original outer cover or box of the product must be present. 3- Upon receipt of the invoice and payment of its amount, the customer agrees to the items listed on the invoice and is fully aware of all their specifications and colors. 4- In case of cash return, the company has the right to deduct any amounts collected by banks in case of payment via Visa, MasterCard, or Mada. 5- For cash returns, the company will transfer the refund amount to the customer's bank account within 15 working days from the date of receiving the returned product. 6- In case of return and exchange, the company has the right to deduct delivery and shipping fees from the customer, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product. Warranty: 1- The company will, within one year from the purchase date, repair or replace the product as appropriate, at no additional cost to the customer, if the defect is a manufacturing defect and does not include misuse. 2- Fabric is not covered under the warranty. 3- The warranty is not valid if the original invoice is lost.
